Sciarabba Walker Siding
Trade worked with the owners of Sciarabba Walker & Co.,a local accounting firm in Ithaca, N.Y. to give their office building a much needed facelift and envelope upgrade. The goal of this project was two handed, one to upgrade the buildings performance and the other was to enhance the overall aesthetics.
We oversaw the replacement of the roof membrane with added insulation, installed a new layer of exterior insulation, a water and air barrier, new windows and replaced the old wood siding with beautiful and sustainably harvested Eastern White Cedar.
The complicated task of replacing all of the interior trim and extension jambs in this very busy office environment was accomplished with minimal disruption to the staff. We couldn't be prouder of our team and grateful for the graciousness of the staff to see this project over the finish line.
